September 14, 2025 (Sunday): Departure from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
Departure at 16:15 from Amsterdam via Doha (Qatar) to New Delhi, arriving the next morning at 08:45.

September 15, 2025 (Monday): Arrival in New Delhi
Upon arrival at the New Delhi airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy a city tour of New Delhi, including the Government Buildings, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, and the Qutub Minar. Overnight at Hotel ITC Dwarka.

 

 

September 16, 2025 (Tuesday): Delhi – Agra

After breakfast, depart for Agra (approximately 200 km, a 3-4 hour drive). In Agra, visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and the Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar. Overnight at Radisson Blu Hotel.

September 17, 2025 (Wednesday): Agra – Delhi
After breakfast, return to Delhi and explore the highlights of Old and New Delhi, including the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, and Raj Ghat. Overnight at Hotel ITC Dwarka.

 

 

September 18, 2025 (Thursday): Delhi – Trivandrum (Kerala)

After breakfast, take a final city tour of Delhi before transfering to New Delhi airport for the flight to Trivandrum. Upon arrival, there may be time for sightseeing in Trivandrum, depending on your arrival time. Overnight in Poovar at Hotel lIsola Di cocco, near Trivandrum.

 

September 19, 2025 (Friday): Visit to Thiruvithamcode and Kanyakumari

Depart at 08:00 AM for Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India. On the way, visit Thiruvithamcode Arappally, also known as St. Mary’s Church, believed to have been built by Apostel St. Thomas, and renowned as the oldest surviving church in the world.

 

Visit tot he Suchindram Temple, built in 17 th century, famous for its rich sculptural and craftmanship. It is one of the few temples in India where the trinity of ‘Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva ’ are worshipped.

 

September 20, 2025 (Saturday): Alappuzha – Kokkamangalam

Early departure to Alappuzha. At 12:00 PM, board a houseboat for a scenic tour of the backwaters. At 5:00 PM, depart for Kochi via Kokkamangalam, where St. Thomas is said to have stayed for a year, converting many to Christianity. Overnight at Hotel Olive in Kochi. (Please note: Depending on weather conditions, this program may be postponed tot he following day).

September 21, 2025 (Sunday): Kochi Sightseeing

Enjoy a walking tour of Kochi’s historic sites, including the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, and the famous Chinese fishing nets. In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali performance. Overnight at Hotel Olive in Kochi.

September 22, 2025 (Monday): Kodungallur – Guruvayoor

Depart at 8:00 AM to North Paravur for a visit to the St. Thomas Pilgrim Church in Kottakkavu. Continue with the Muziris Tour, visiting the historic port of Muziris and the church in Kodungallur, where Apostle St. Thomas believed to have arrived in 52 CE with the good news of Jesus.

Also visit the Elephant Camp and Guruvayoor Temple. Guruvayoor is a popular place for Hindu marriage and Annaprasanam (first feeding for child). Overnight at Hotel Gokulam Park in Guruvayoor.

September 23, 2025 (Tuesday): Kozhikode

Travel to Kozhikode for sightseeing and shopping at SM Street. Kozhikode, also known as Calicut, is a historic city located on the Malabar Coast in the state of Kerala, India. This coastal city is well-known for its rich cultural heritage, scenic beauty, and significant historical background, especially in relation to the spice trade.Kozhikode is famously linked to the arrival of Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama, who landed in nearby Kapad Beach in 1498, marking the first European contact with India by sea. This event opened up new trade routes between Europe and India, transforming Kozhikode into a major trading center for spices, particularly black pepper and cardamom, and establishing it as an international port city in the 15th century. Overnight at Hotel Malabar Palace, Kozhikode.

September 24, 2025 (Wednesday): Kozhikode – Kapad

Visit Kapad, where the first European arrived in India in 1498. In the evening,

visit the START Education Centre for dinner and transfer to the airport for the return flight.

September 25, 2025 (Thursday)

Early morning departure (03:40) via Doha to Amsterdam. Arrival at 13:55.
